By accessing or using the CoreVibe website (the "Site") and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our products.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use our Site. By using our Site, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability information on our Site. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on our Site is always accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and discontinue any product at any time. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you and provide a full refund.

The CoreVibe 8-Energy System products are wellness-oriented items. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a medical concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

3. Account & Registration

To make a purchase or access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

4. Orders & Payment

4.1 Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees, which will be added at checkout.

4.3 Payment

Payment must be made at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4.4 Title & Risk of Loss

Title to products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Risk of loss or damage to products also passes to you at the point of delivery.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates, estimated delivery times, and available shipping methods are displayed at checkout. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and related fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not have control over and are not responsible for these charges.

If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@corevibe.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your CoreVibe products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions:

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for unused products in their original, undamaged packaging. Personalized or custom-made items are final sale.
• Process: To initiate a return, contact us at hello@corevibe.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
• Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or variant, please contact us and we will assist you subject to availability.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, product descriptions, and software, is the property of CoreVibe or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from our Site without our prior written consent.

The CoreVibe name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of CoreVibe or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without prior written permission.

8. User Conduct

When using our Site, you agree not to:

• Use our Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Engage in any fraudulent activity or provide false or misleading information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Site or systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Site or servers.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COREVIBE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SITE OR PRODUCTS, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE OR WHETHER WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of notification, either party may pursue other legal remedies available under applicable law.

You acknowledge that any breach of Sections 7 (Intellectual Property), 8 (User Conduct), or 11 (Indemnification) may cause irreparable harm to CoreVibe for which monetary damages may be inadequate, and you consent to our right to seek equitable relief in addition to all other remedies available at law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to the new Terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Site after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
